This is an action brought in the Land Court to remove a cloud on and quiet the title to some forty-five acres of land (with the buildings thereon) lying in West Tisbury. G. L. c. 240, §§ 1 and 6. The plaintiff holds the record title to and is the undisputed beneficial owner of an undivided one-half interest in the land. She claims to be the beneficial owner of the other undivided one-half interest, the record title to which is in the defendant Joseph G. Glass (Glass) as trustee.
