WEINFELD, District Judge.

These are motions to dismiss indictments returned separately against each defendant charging him with violations of 2 U.S.C.A. § 192 in refusing to answer specific questions before the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations of the Senate Committee on Government Opera*30tions. Each defendant attacks the validity of the indictment upon constitutional and other grounds. Since the motions present issues of law common to each indictment they may be considered together.
