Order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, New York County (Karla Moskowitz, J.), entered March 8, 1990, which, inter alia, granted the motion of defendants Kenton Associates, Ltd. and 246 Associates (collectively The Landlord) for summary judgment dismissing plaintiffs complaint (CPLR 3212), and which declared that plaintiff is not the lawful rent-controlled tenant of the subject premises, unanimously affirmed, without costs.
