This is an action in ejectment to establish title to a strip of land in the *455Thirty-first Ward, Pittsburgh, formerly Hays Borough. At the conclusion of the testimony, the trial judge directed a verdict for defendant. Plaintiff has filed a motion for judgment n. o. v. which is before us for disposition.
