DoNLON, Judge:

Seventeen protests, listed on Schedule A which is annexed hereto and made a part hereof, were consolidated for purposes of trial. Defendant moved that the following entries, embraced within those protests, be dismissed as untimely filed:

In protest 61/4783, entry N-128
