¶ 42. I agree and concur with the majority’s resolution of all issues except Issue III, which addresses the appropriate sentencing statute to be applied. The majority finds that Wilson was properly sentenced under the penalty statute for receiving stolen property that was in effect at the time that he committed the offense. Because I believe that Wilson should have been sentenced under the amended penalty statute that was in effect at the time that Wilson was sentenced, I dissent.
