This is a civil action for monetary damages brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff Chris Framsted, the former executive director of defendant Municipal Ambulance Service, Inc., contends that this defendant and the individual members of its board of directors, defendants Wilfred Kuhl, Lee Olson, Eugene A.
