This sad case is still another chapter in a prolonged dispute over the custody- of 3 minor children originally awarded the plaintiff mother and present appellant by decree in her ultimately uncontested divorce action against the defendant father .and present appellee. By inference it appears that the children are now at least 15, 10 and 9 years of age. * The original decree was entered during March, 1955, by the present chancellor.
