James N. Robertson (“Robertson”) appeals from the decision of the United States Magistrate finding him guilty of driving a motor vehicle on federal property while under the influence of alcohol and imposing a fine of $250.00, a special assessment of $25.00, a suspended sentence of incarceration for thirty days, probation of one year, and suspension of his driving privileges for six months.
