COFFEY, Circuit Judge.

Kenneth A. Wisch was indicted on twenty-two counts of violating the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act, 18 U.S.C. § 921 et seq. Wisch pled guilty to each one of the counts and was sentenced to thirty-seven months in prison and a three-year term of supervised release, with the sentences of incarceration and parole to run concurrent on all counts. Wisch also was fined $6,000. Thereafter, Wisch filed a motion asking the district court to correct or modify the sentence, arguing that the sentencing guidelines had been misapplied in one or more respects. The trial judge…
