Appellants, three brothers conducting a masonry business as a partnership, appeal from a judgment entered upon a jury verdict for $52,500 against them in favor of plaintiff-appellee, a steel construction worker, in a suit under the Illinois Structural Work Act, 111 Rev Stats ch 48, secs 60 and 69, (1961).
