JPMCC 2006-LDP7 Miami Beach Lodging, LLC (“JPMCC”), Berkadia Commercial Mortgage, LLC (“Berkadia”), LNR Partners, LLC (“LNR”), Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., and U.S. National Bank Association (collectively “appellants”) appeal the district court’s judgment affirming the bankruptcy court’s Order Confirming the Amended Plan of Reorganization of Saga-more Partners, Ltd.
