This was an appeal from an order of the probate court, for the district of Washington, appointing Helen H. Anderson administratrix of Charles D. Anderson, her late husband. The case comes into this court on exceptions to the judgment of the county court, and the principal question is whether the probate court in that district had jurisdiction to settle his estate.
