MOORE, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order of the trial court overruling in part and sustaining in part defendant’s plea of privilege to be sued in Bexar County.

On January 29, 1974, plaintiff, Louita D. Wilson, as Guardian of the Estate of Brad-die G. Lowe, brought suit in the 63rd District Court, Val Verde County, Texas, against defendant, Groos National Bank, the former guardian of Braddie G. Lowe’s estate.
