A jury convicted Terrance Shipman of driving under the influence of alcohol to the extent that it was less safe for him to drive. On appeal, Shipman enumerates three errors.

Viewed in a light most favorable to the jury’s verdict the State’s evidence was as follows. After Shipman was stopped at a license and insurance roadblock, Officer Jonathan Long detected noticeable signs of intoxication.
