Defendant-appellant Cleveland Cox was charged with the offense of armed robbery, tried by jury, and found guilty of robbery. The issues presented for review in this appeal are whether the trial court erred in overruling appellant’s two separate motions to withdraw submission of the cause from the jury due to alleged improper remarks by the prosecuting attorney during closing argument.
