This workers’ compensation case arises from proceedings before the North Carolina Industrial Commission where plaintiff alleged he was injured on 8 March 1994 in a motor vehicle accident in the course and scope of his employment with Arkansas Trucking Services, Inc. (“Arkansas Trucking”). The accident occurred on 1-95 in Florence, South Carolina. Plaintiff filed a worker’s compensation claim with his employer which was denied.
