This is a will contest, and from an order admitting the will to prohate contestant appeals.
The general facts are as follows: Olive J. Wickes and Alfred M. Wickes were husband and wife, well advanced in years, childless, and without kindred, direct or collateral. She was possessed of considerable separate property; he had nothing. Both were suffering from incurable disease,—she from cancer, he from paralysis,—and the interval between their respective deaths was short.
