Plaintiff, appearing pro se, appeals 1 the district court’s decision granting defendants summary judgment on his claims asserted under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, the Rehabilitation Act, see 29 U.S.C. § 794, and the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101-12213(ADA). 2 This court reviews a summary judgment decision de novo, viewing the record in the light most favorable to the nonmoving party.
