Leon Gilbert appeals from a judgment of conviction entered upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of Attempted Burglary Second Degree.
In the early morning hours of March 2, 1975 police officers were dispatched to 4651 Dr. Martin Luther King Drive in the City of St. Louis to answer an alarm that was sounding at that address.
