Appellant was charged with selling intoxicating liquor for beverage purposes. He waived arraignment, and pleaded not guilty. Afterwards he withdrew his plea of not guilty and moved for a bill of particulars, which was furnished. Thereupon he again waived arraignment and pleaded not guilty.
