American National Bank of St. Joseph, as Personal Representative and Trustee of Mary L. Boder, deceased, filed a Petition for Declaratory Judgment in the Circuit Court of Buchanan County, Probate Division. The Bank sought a declaratory judgment ordering the payment and apportionment of the United States estate tax and other death duties by the Personal Representative.
