—Order unanimously modified on the law and as modified affirmed without costs in accordance with the following Memorandum: In this medical malpractice action, plaintiff moved to compel the depositions of Thomas J. Romano, M.D. and Wayne Farnsworth, M.D. (defendants). Defendants opposed the motion on the ground that plaintiff’s bills of particulars were overly broad, vague and unresponsive to their demands.
