Leone, J.), dated November 26, 1986, which vacated the determination of a master arbitrator, and thereupon reinstated and confirmed an award by an American Arbitration Association arbitrator in favor of the petitioner and against the appellant in the principal amount of $25,500, representing no-fault, wage loss benefits, and in the amount of $765, representing attorney’s fees and fees paid to the New York State Insurance…
