Klink is confined in the United States Penitentiary at Leavenworth, Kansas, on a sentence imposed for violation of the Dyer Act, 18 U.S.C.A. § 2312.

Prior to February 25, 1958, Klink forwarded to the Clerk of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit a document entitled “Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus,” addressed to the Presiding Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
