OPINION OF THE COURT

*231The respondent was admitted to the practice of law by this Court on October 18, 1972, under the name William Langton McCormick.

The petition contains eight charges of professional misconduct against the respondent. The Special Referee sustained all eight charges to the extent that they were predicated on Code of Professional Responsibility DR 1-102 (A) (4), (5) and (8) (22 NYCRR 1200.3) and DR 9-102 (D) (1), (2) and (8) (22 NYCRR 1200.46).
