—In a matrimonial action in which the parties were divorced by judgment entered January 4, 1991, the defendant appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (McCaffrey, J.), entered November 2, 1995, as denied his application for an award of damages sustained as a result of the plaintiffs failure to cooperate in the sale of the former marital premises and abide by the terms of the parties’ stipulation of settlement.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
