Tbis is an action for tbe recovery of certain logs and in its determination involves tbe title to tbe land from which the logs were cut. There are many exceptions both to tbe giving and refusal of instructions, but all that are necessary for us to consider are substantially involved in tbe question whether tbe line run and marked by Burbank before tbe execution of tbe deeds in question should control tbe boundaries of the land regardless of tbe calls in tbe deed.
