|TOn October 19, 2010, the defendant, Vonzo Magee, was charged by bill of information with possession of heroin, a violation of La. R.S. JOSeeCCXl).1 The defendant pled not guilty at his arraignment on October 28, 2010. After a suppression and preliminary hearing on January 14, 2011, the trial court denied the defendant’s motion to suppress evidence and found probable cause.
