Plaintiff/appellant Ellen Brown appeals the rulings of the trial court granting summary judgments in favor of defendants/appellees Manhattan Life Insurance Company (“Manhattan Life”), Mike Levy Associates, Inc., Michel Levy Boudreaux and Continental Casualty Company (collectively “Levy”). Brown filed suit against the various defendants for failure to pay on a life insurance policy issued by Manhattan Life to her now deceased husband, John Marshall Brown.
