MEMORANDUM OPINION
This memorandum opinion shall constitute the necessary Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law to support the order of the Court denying Petitioner’s Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus.
On a plea of not guilty, a Jury in the 72nd District Court of Lubbock County, Texas, convicted Petitioner of the felony offense of murder with malice aforethought of Mrs. Fred Turner and assessed the punishment at death.
