Tariq Abdullah and Vincent Bates (“Re-lators”) filed their Petition for Writ of Prohibition with this court arguing that the Honorable Marco Roldan (“Respondent”) does not have jurisdiction over an alleged Motion to Enforce filed in the underlying case, Tarina Daily, et al. v. DaimlerCkrysler Corporation, 04CV218903 (“underlying class action”). The Motion to Enforce was filed by the law firm Stueve Siegel Hanson Woody (“Class Counsel”).
