Taylor, and Glen Price, individually and as members of the Pleasant Grove Elementary School Board of Trustees (“trustees”), filed a complaint against the Cleburne County Board of Education (“Board”) and the individual board members (Wayne Skinner, Gerald Robinson, Donald Perry, Richard Zaner, and Glen Robinson) and the superintendent of schools, P.
