The Respondent, a District Judge, issued an order and decree in Cause No. CD-69-*265564 in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, enjoining the Petitioner, a municipal corporation and a political subdivision of the State of Oklahoma, from interfering with the use of certain property situated in Oklahoma County by enforcement of the Petitioner’s zoning ordinances therein and otherwise restricting the use and operation of the property.
