for the Court:

¶ 1. Thomas Jack Kennedy pleaded guilty to armed robbery on August 15, 2013. On October 10, 2013, the trial court sentenced Kennedy to serve ten years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC) followed by ten years of postrelease supervision. Kennedy filed a motion for postconviction relief (PCR), which the trial court dismissed.
