William Gollehon (Gollehon) was convicted of deliberate homicide by accountability and sentenced to death. He appeals from an order of the District Court denying his motion for a new trial and request for discovery. We affirm the trial court’s denial of Gollehon’s motion for new trial; we do not address the trial corut’s ruling on his request for discovery.
