Plaintiff The Northern Trust Company (Northern Trust), as trustee for the Harry P. Heuer Trust (the trust), filed a complaint in the circuit court for construction of the trust agreement. After resolution of the construction issues, the circuit court ordered that Northern Trust’s attorney fees and costs be paid from the trust and that the attorney fees and costs of defendant-beneficiary Harry J.
