This civil action was brought by a minor suing through his father and next friend to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the minor, and by the father for consequential damages suffered by him as the result of the defendants’ alleged negligence. The case is here on the plaintiffs’ appeal from a Superior Court order granting the defendants’ Super. R. Civ. P. 56(c) motions for summary judgment.
