Action by Mrs. Martha E. Mason, suing on behalf of herself and all other taxpayers of the City of Spartanburg who may come in and contribute to the costs thereof, for and in behalf of the said city, against I. T. Williams, former city clerk and treasurer of the City of Spartanburg, and Fidelity & Deposit Company of Maryland, surety of I. T. Williams as clerk and treasurer of said city.
