MEMORANDUM OPINION ON DEBTORS’ STATUTORILY PRESCRIBED TIME PERIOD TO PERFORM DEBTORS’ STATED INTENTIONS

The above captioned title 11 cases come before this Court on a creditor’s motion to reopen the title 11 case to file a reaffirmation agreement and upon the debtors’ motion for redemption. Because of the similarities of the cases and the applicable statutory law resolving the issues, this Court consolidates ruling upon the two motions in this Memorandum Opinion.
