I. Background
This case was brought by Plaintiff Arieh Gildor (“Gildor” or “Plaintiff’) after Defendant United States Postal Service (“USPS” or “Defendant”) refused to indemnify him for the loss of the contents of a package he mailed via Global Express Mail.
