Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of the Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators which suspended petitioner’s license as a nursing home administrator for six months. Petitioner was formerly the licensed administrator of the Greater Harlem Nursing Home in New York City.
