Elaine Brame, a school official in the Hume School District (HSD), appeals the district court’s denial of her motion for summary judgment seeking official immunity from a state law negligence claim filed by S.B.L. and B.D.C. 1 , former elementary school students in HSD, and their parents (collectively plaintiffs). Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1292(b), plaintiffs challenge the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Brame on their 42 U.S.C. § 1983 claim.
