Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, entered May 20, 1977 in Albany County, which granted petitioners’ application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, seeking assessment of compensation due petitioners and reinstatement to positions in the Department of Correctional Services.
