A.A. Shamah appeals from the April 6, 1993 order of the Court of Common Pleas of York County affirming the determination of the Zoning Hearing Board of Hellam Township (Board), which granted the application of County Line Quarry, Inc. (County Line) for a special exception to expand quarrying operations over additional lands.
