This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Cole County affirming an order of the Public Service Commission granting a certificate of convenience and necessity to W.P. Sutton of Columbia, Missouri, whereby he was authorized "to operate as a freight-carrying motor carrier over an irregular route."
