MORRISON, Presiding Judge.

The offense is driving while intoxicated; the punishment, 3 days in jail and a fine of $50.00.

Highway Patrolman Angle and the witness Hobbs, who was riding with Angle on the night in question, both testified that late that night they observed an automobile which they were meeting weave across the center stripe and off on the shoulder of the road, that they turned around and gave pursuit and were finally able to bring the appellant to a halt. Between the two of them, they described the appellant’s condition as “staggering,” “weaving,” “thick tongued,” “glassy eyed,”…
