This was an action to set aside a deed and to enjoin defendant from interfering with plaintiff in the possession of certain real estate. Judgment was for defendant. Plaintiff appeals.

Plaintiff was the sole heir of W. L. Fulton. For some years W. L. Fulton and Sarah Fulton, his wife, had lived in Pottawatomie county. At the time of the death of Sarah Fulton on January 10, 1933, she owned two quarter sections of land in Pottawatomie county. At her death W. L.
