This is a proceeding for post-conviction relief filed pursuant to section 2255, Title 28 U.S.C. In his present motion the petitioner seeks to have set aside a sentence imposed by this Court in the case of United States of America v. Gregory Rothwell Self, Criminal No. 1-74-68.
