Appeal from a judgment of the circuit court for Milwaukee county: Feakk M. Fish, Judge. Action to set aside a tax certificate upon real estate owned by the plaintiff. The defendant city, by right of eminent domain, took certain lands for the purpose of opening Kane Place as a public street in such city. Numerous errors are assigned by appellant, but they are grouped under two heads:

1.
